International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses Partners with Cascade Energy, Inc. to Publish Special Edition of Refrigeration Guide
WASHINGTON, DC, February 1, 2012 – The International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) has partnered with Cascade Energy, Inc. to publish a special edition of Cascade Energy's Industrial Refrigeration Best Practices Guide.
IARW warehouse members have identified energy is one of their foremost concerns as energy usage is among the highest costs a refrigerated warehouse facility can incur annually. Energy usage also has the distinction of being one of the top unmanaged costs in the refrigerated warehouse industry.
To help members cut energy costs and improve efficiencies and performance in their operations, Cascade Energy, Inc. was named the Official Energy Efficiency Service Partner of IARW in April 2011.
Through this new partnership, Cascade's team of experts have responded to member inquiries about energy use, authored informative articles, and presented educational sessions at events.
Now as a new energy efficiency resource, IARW and Cascade Energy, Inc. have collaborated to publish a special edition of Cascade Energy's popular Industrial Refrigeration Best Practices Guide.
"The Industrial Refrigeration Best Practices Guide is yet another way IARW and Cascade Energy, Inc. are helping members reduce costs while optimizing performance," said IARW President and CEO Bill Hudson. Offered free of charge to IARW warehouse members, the Industrial Refrigeration Best Practices Guide provides an overview of refrigeration best practices, refrigeration system basics, and strategies to decrease your energy usage. Written for a range of audiences from system operators and maintenance teams to executive staff, the guide is presented in understandable, user-friendly language that does not require an engineering degree to understand. The guide is available to nonmembers for $50.
