Job Description:

The Global Cold Chain Alliance is assisting the U.S. Agricultural Trade Office in Shanghai identify a design/build company to design and build a first-class international standard single deep rack cold storage facility in Tianjin Port, China.

The client is one of the largest state-owned groups in China and would like to expand the scale of its logistic business by building a national cold chain network in the next 3 to 5 years. The facility will is planned for Tianjin Port and will be approximately 280,000-300,000 square feet.

Facility services will include:
- Refrigerated Loading/ Unloading Dock
- HACCP Certified
- 100% Diesel backup to run entire facility
- Multi-Dock Doors with Levelers and Seals
- 24 Hour Security on Site
- Export Services
- Overnight Sample Shipping
- Central Station 24-Hour Alarm Monitoring: (Fire/Burglar/ Building Temperature)
- Computerized Inventory Management
- Freight Consolidation
- Repacking/Weighing/Labels
- Cross Docking/Transloading

The project decision will be finalized at the end of March 2012.
