Dear IACSC Members:

At the IACSC meeting held in Miami in April, it was overwhelmingly concluded by board members and delegates that the annual conference and expo should return to its original format and time. Therefore, we’re pleased to announce that the 25th Annual Conference and Expo will be held November 4-7, 2004 at the fabulous Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, utilizing the schedule that has worked well in the past. We have been able to negotiate a terrific rate of $199 per night with no resort fee.

The IACSC board and staff are working hard to develop business programs and social events that will attract IACSC members from around the world. Take a look at the preliminary program and mark your calendars for this important industry meeting. From the opening speaker Steve Ford, son of former President Gerald Ford, through industry-specific programs and speakers, this should be a very productive program.
