• Media Accepted: digital files submitted via e-mail
• File Format: JPEG, TIFF, PDF, 300 dpi
• Final Trim Size: 4.5" x 6.75"
• Full Page with No Bleed: 4.25" x 6.5"
• Full Page with Bleed: 4.75" x 7"
• Binding: spiral (all text should be placed more than .25" from the right and left-hand sides of the page)
• Color: must be converted to CMYK
• Orientation: must be vertical (portrait)
